We love a good ‘singular product’ restaurant. They choose their ‘thing’ and they rock at it. So we were so pleased to find out this morning that Meatball & Wine Bar in Melbourne have opened their third restaurant on Smith Street.
Meatball & Wine Bar creator Matteo Bruno had a vision, good food, good wine, great service. It seems he has nailed this concept as Melburnians cannot get enough of the gourmet meatballs and wine. Here’s how it works;
Choose your ball; chicken, pork, beef, fish and veggie
Choose your sauce; red Italian tomato, white creamy, green pesto salsa verde
Choose something for your balls to sit on; Italian beans, creamy polenta, superb MB potato smash, homemade pasta, something veg
